The difference is in the details
- All outdoor wood fired pizza ovens are realized with special materials able to resist to every atmospheric condition, from rain to snow.
- Upper cast iron door in the Master models and in steel in the other models, with tempered glass and gasket in order to avoid heating loss.
- Painted sheet metal front side or steel in the entirely stainless models.
- Lower cast iron door in the Master models and in steel in the other models, with ceramic glass and gasket to avoid heating loss.
- Painted sheet metal trolley for the oven's moving. Realized to rest the fixed oven , it is equipped with two side wheels and two sliding supports for the moving.
- Lighting with two halogen lamps which perfectly illuminate food.
- Insulation with wool-rock. Dens. 100 kg/DM3.
